A partnership of Iran’s Dorriz and an unidentified foreign player has submitted a low bid of €300 million ($336 million) for construction of a crude oil central processing plant at the Azadegan oilfield.

Bids went in on 7 August and a decision by state-owned Petroleum Engineering & Development Company (Pedec) on the winning proposal is awaited later this year.

The tender invitation went out last year and Pedec allowed several submission deadlines to lapse.
