Dragados Offshore of Spain is set to be awarded the fourth major engineering procurement and construction package on Maersk Oil’s Tyra Future redevelopment in the Danish sector of the North Sea.
According to industry sources, Maersk informed bidders within the last week that it intends to award the Cadiz-based contractor a deal to provide two jackets for the main processing facility and living quarters platforms that are needed, along with other new infrastructure, to redevelop the field.
