KCA Deutag has secured a series of contracts and extensions worth a total of around $110 million for onshore drilling work in the Middle East, Russia and Africa.
The UK-based contractor picked up extensions of between one and two years for five heavy rigs operating in Oman for a total of seven years, as well as a six-month contract with a new client in the country where it now has 24 rigs working.
