State-owned Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) is making plans to drill an exploration well close to Maurel & Prom’s producing Mnazi Bay gas field.
TPDC has received expressions of interest from players to provide consultancy services related to the planned well.
The workscope calls for reviews of existing geological and geophysical data interpretations and advice on drilling preparation including the procurement of long lead items.
