Presnensky district court in Moscow ruled last week that Dudley should be "disqualified" from his post and prohibited from holding the position for the next two years.
The court acted on an appeal from the Russian state labour inspectorate, which audited TNK-BP in July and said the company had failed to create equal working conditions for its foreign and Russian employees.
