French supermajor Total and utility EDF are selling their interests in the Dunkirk liquefied natural gas terminal in France.
Total is parting with its 9.99% interest, while EDF is disposing of its 65.01% majority stake.
The assets are being snapped by existing partner Fluxys, Belgium’s natural gas transmission system operator, and a South Korean financial consortium led by IPM Group and composed of Samsung Securities, IBK Securities and Hanwa Investment & Securities.
