A consortium involving Singapore-based Swiber and Indonesia’s Gunanusa is in pole position to win a $200 million-plus contract from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for a new process platform and other facilities to be installed at the Neelam redevelopment off India’s west coast.
