Despite the discovery of some 2.5 billion barrels of oil and more than 10 trillion cubic feet of gas, East Africa’s onshore potential is largely untested.

Beyond the prolific Lake Albert play in Uganda and the Lokichar basin in Kenya, huge areas of the East Africa Rift System (EARS) remain undrilled.
