US independent Energy XXI Gulf Coast (EGC) is preparing for a fresh drilling progamme on its US Gulf of Mexico acreage that could start within days.
The Houston-based player has lined up six probes in its core areas of West Delta and South Timbalier and its board has approved capital expenditure for this year of between $145 million and $175 million.
