Mozambique’s state company ENH and trading giant Vitol have set up a joint venture commodity trading company that will in part look to take advantage of the East African nation’s burgeoning liquefied natural gas industry, writes Eoin O'Cinneide.
ENH Energy Trading will initially be owned 51% by the Maputo-based state player, with Vitol holding the remaining 49%, but it is anticipated that ENH’s share will increase over time.
