Italy’s Eni has made an onshore gas and condensate discovery in the Niger Delta in Nigeria with the Obiafu-41 deep well, located on Nigeria’s OML61 block.
The well, drilled on block OML 61, reached a total depth of 4374 metres and hit more than 130 metres of high-quality hydrocarbon-bearing sands.
