Milan-based major Eni has been given environmental approval by Italy’s authorities to kick-start its Bianca-Luisella gas project in the Adriatic Sea, writes Iain Esau.
The project involves the installation of a wellhead platform in 50 metres of water, eight development wells and three flowlines which will transport about 63 million cubic feet per day of gas four kilometres to Eni’s Brenda platform.
