Longhorn phase two, in Mississippi Canyon blocks 502 and 546 in 2400 feet of water, calls for the completion of an additional subsea gas well that will be tied back to the Eni-operated Corral platform on the shelf, formerly known as Platform Crystal.
Eni expects the field to start producing in July 2009 and flow at a peak of about 30 million to 50 million cubic feet of gas per day.
