Italian giant Eni is selling its upstream subsidiary in Croatia to local producer INA.
The latter will acquire the Eni Croatia subsidiary, which produces about 2500 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Eni entered the Eastern European country in 1996 in partnership with INA, a subsidiary of Hungary's MOL group.
