Entrepose said the two groups are "ideally complementary" both geographically and in terms of clients, with Spie Capag's projects essentially in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and Entrepose active principally in Africa and Europe.
Key contracts Entrepose currently has under way include the second phase of ConocoPhillip's MLN project in Algeria, which involves 65 kilometres of new oil and gas gathering pipelines and upgrades existing process and separation units.
