Norwegian players Equinor and Aker BP are weighing their options after Aker BP voted against operator Equinor’s concept for a development of their Krafla and Askja discoveries in the Norwegian North Sea.
Last month’s vote over the proposed concept resulted in stalemate since each company has a 50% share in the licence. Now, the government is pushing for a decision by the end of next month.
