Drilling services contracts worth a total of Nkr2.5 billion ($286.5 million) have been handed out by Equinor to as many as 11 contractors for work on the Norwegian continental shelf.
The deals covering liner hangers, additional completion and downhole monitoring are for a fixed three-year term with five extension options of two years each.
Heavyweights Schlumberger, GE-owned Baker Hughes, Halliburton and Weatherford picked up contracts in each of the three service categories.
