Equinor and its partners in the Gudrun field off Norway have sanctioned a second phase of development that is set to extend the North Sea field’s life past 2030.
The Norwegian state-controlled player and partners Repsol, OMV and Neptune Energy this week took the final investment decision on Gudrun phase two, which is set to cost Nkr2.4 billion ($280 million) and involves the addition of a water injection plant.
