Eurogas' 73%-owned subsidiary Escal UGS has entered into a collaboration agreement with ACS to provide services as well as the previously awarded front-end engineering and design contract.
The scope of the extra services includes ACS acting on behalf of the company in discussions with government and regulatory bodies regarding project approval, implementation and remuneration.
ACS will also subscribe for a 5% equity interest in Escal, subject to a redemption clause and a shareholders' agreement.
