Exmar confirmed the vessels have been awarded time charters by US LNG importer Excelerate Energy.
However, Exmar chief financial officer Patrick de Brabander said he was unable to reveal the value of the new deals.
The vessels Exquisite, Expedient and Exemplar are all being built at Daewoo Shipbuilding&Engineering's Okpo yard and are due to be delivered in 2009 and 2010.
They will each have a capacity of 150,900 cubic metres and be fitted with Excelerate's Energy Bridge onboard regasification technology.
