MMHE has won a turnkey contract to fabricate and install the 18,000-tonne integrated topsides for a central processing platform, Tapis R, planned to lift output at Malaysia’s top producing Tapis oil and gas field.
The platform deck is expected to be installed over a six-legged jacket by float-over method from the second quarter of 2013. Production start-up is targeted for 2013.
