EXXONMOBIL’S long-delayed Kipper gas and condensate project in Australia’s Bass Strait will be brought into production later this year alongside full-field output from the nearby Turrum field.
Each field will send gas and liquids to the new onshore Longford gas conditioning plant, which is adjacent to existing processing facilities and has been designed to specifically remove carbon dioxide from Kipper, Turrum and other soon-to-be-tapped Bass Strait discoveries.
