The jack-up rig with Keppel will be Falcon Energy’s first KFELS Super B Class design unit, and will be built with a two million pound hook load to undertake high temperature and high pressure drilling operations.
Falcon recently cashed up after entering a 50:50 joint venture with PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Services for its first GustoMSC CJ46-X100 jack-up rig placed with China Merchants Heavy Industries.
