Australian junior Far Ltd has hit out at claims that its ongoing arbitration over Woodside Petroleum’s farm-in to the SNE field off Senegal is creating problems for the oil project.
Far is disputing ConocoPhillips’ decision to sell its 35% interest in the Rufisque-Sangomar-Sangomar Deep (RSSD) block to Woodside in 2016, claiming the deal did not give due regard to Far’s pre-emption rights.
