A subsidiary of UK-listed Upland Resources has agreed to farm in to a shallow-water licence close to the Scottish coastline where a well on the Wick prospect could be drilled late next year.
Making its first foray offshore, Upland said its Upland UK unit has agreed to take a 40% working interest in Production Licence P2235, containing Block 11/24b, from private company Corallion Energy.
