The Faroe Islands is making plans for a new licensing round that it hopes will benefit from coordination with the UK on the other side of the maritime border as it seeks to attract more explorers to its waters.
According to the Faroe Oil Industry Group (FOIG), legislative proposals for a new round have now been laid before the Faroese parliament.
