The P58 FPSO is intended to produce up to 180,000 barrels per day on the Baleia Azul field, in the area of the Campos basin known as the Whale Park.
Basic engineering is focusing on the main planks of the project and the Brazilian oil giant is expected to offer some front-end engineering design work in the coming months, restricted to Brazilian suppliers.
