$392 million to build a second harsh-environment jack-up drilling rig for Norway's Skeie Group for use in the North Sea.
The rig is the KFels N Class jack-up design and is due for delivery to ProdJack, a member of the Skeie Group, in the third quarter of 2010.
The unit is capable of drilling and production activities concurrently for exploitation in marginal fields.
