Mexican oil regulators have signed off on the first two evaluation and development plans for mature onshore field contracts awarded in the country’s inaugural public bid offering, writes Kathrine Schmidt.
The National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH) approved a pair of plans from Strata Campos for two fields it captured during Round 1.3 — Contractual Area 5, Carretas, and Contractual Area 18, Pena Blanca.
