A QUINTET of contenders have submitted bids to Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) to provide the public sector giant with a new processing platform and other facilities for its Neelam redevelopment project off India’s west coast.
Sources said bids for the Neelam project were submitted on 18 January after the deadline was extended several times.
The prestigious offshore project is expected to be worth between $200 million and $300 million, according to industry experts.
