A QUINTET of international engineering, procurement and construction contractors have submitted bids to Qatargas for work on several wellhead jackets required for the operator’s North Field Expansion (NFE) project off Qatar.
Multiple industry sources told Upstream that technical offers for the NFE EPC project were recently submitted by up to five players, following a workscope revision by the Qatari state-controlled giant.
