SBM Offshore has come out on top in a public auction for minority stakes in a quintet of floating production, storage and offloading units held by Brazil's Constellation Oil Services.
The Dutch floater giant has been formally designated as the successful bidder for the shares in the Cidade de Paraty, Cidade de Ilhabela, Cidade de Marica, Cidade de Saquarema and Capixaba FPSOs.
