US contractor Fluor's joint venture in China has been awarded the subcontract to provide the majority of modules needed to build two liquefied natural gas trains for the Shell-led LNG Canada project in British Columbia.
The award to the 50-50 joint venture with China’s Offshore Oil Engineering Company (COOEC) was made by the Fluor-JGC consortium, in which the US company is joined by Japan's JGC.
