Spirit Energy is set to delay submission of a development plan for the Fogelberg field off Norway by at least six months as reservoir issues have put a dampener on the project.
The operator has submitted a request to the Petroleum & Energy Ministry for an interim extension of the submission deadline to the end of this year as it re-evaluates the viability of the scheme after disappointing appraisal results.
