Foreign players line up with locals in Kish race

FIVE groups of foreign and domestic players are preparing to bid in Iran’s first post-sanctions international tender.

Bids were invited by Petroleum Engineering & Development Company (Pedec) in mid-February, with a closing date of mid-May, for gas treatment facilities worth an estimated $800 million at the Kish gas field project.

The hopeful bidders attended their first clarification meeting with Pedec on Monday this week.
