The agreement involves Belarus cancelling the transit oil tax of about $6.16 per barrel on Russian oil exports through the Druzhba (Friendship) oil export pipeline.
The tax was introduced on 1 January in apparent retaliation for Russia almost cutting energy supplies to the country.
