Antrim was offered Block 21/24b by the UK Department of Energy&Climate Change on a 100% working interest basis.
The Canadian company was previously awarded five blocks in the 25th Round, three of which are in the Fyne area.
Block 21/24b is about 10 kilometres north-east of the Fyne field, and will add about 146 square kilometres to Antrim's portfolio in the area.
