US operator Apache has started production from its Garten discovery in the UK North Sea.
The well, which ties back to Apache’s Beryl facility, was placed on production in late November, less than eight months after being drilled in March 2018.
It is currently producing at a rate of 13,700 barrels per day of oil and 15.7 million cubic feet of gas per day.
