Representatives from Venezuela were in Port of Spain late last week to meet with Trinidad's highest level of government to work out the details of an agreement originally made in 2007 regarding exploitation of the Loran-Manatee fields.
“We've been trying for a very long time now to work through the issues relative to the Loran-Manatee field and that's what this discussion is about,”said Trinidad&Tobago's Minister of Energy&Energy Industries Conrad Enill.
