Budgeted at $1.4 million, the Seagas joint industry project (JIP) is led by a teaming of gas processing and conversion specialist Foster Wheeler of the UK and shipbuilder Izar of Spain. Also on board are classification society DNV and FPSO operator Bluewater, not least for its expertise in mooring systems. Naturally the doors are open for further participants.
