Russia’s Gazprom Neft posted an increase in net profit of almost 50% last year, with the state-controlled oil producer now setting its sights on significant output growth in the next few years.
The company’s net profit increased by 49% to 453 billion roubles ($6.95 billion) last year, up from 253.27 billion roubles a year earlier.
