Gazprom executive chairman Alexei Miller has reiterated the Russian gas monopoly’s aim to start delivering gas to Europe via the Nord Stream 2 subsea pipeline across the Baltic Sea from January next year, bypassing Ukraine, writes Vladimir Afanasiev.
Miller said the company is looking at Nord Stream 2 beingbrought online by the end of this year, despite the lack of an approval from Denmark for a 130-kilometre segment of its route.
