Ghana ministry leads way in gas challenge

GHANA’S Ministry of Energy wiped the floor in this year’s Gas Challenge, a quiz organised by the Ghana National Gas Company (GNGC), testing the knowledge of entrants from teams comprising other parastatals, regulators, media houses, thinktanks and civil society groups.

Energy Ministry contestants won through with 64 points, beating back challenges from Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC), the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) and Graphic Communications Group, one of the country’s leading newspapers.
