Former competitors Hoover Container Solutions, Ferguson Group and CHEP Catalyst & Chemical Containers (CCC) have completed their proposed merger to form a global container giant Hoover Ferguson Group.
The new company will be based in Houston and will be owned on a 50:50 basis by shareholders of Hoover and supply chain giant Brambles.
Hoover Ferguson will continue to focus on offering intermediate bulk and cargo containers as well as catalyst containers, rubbish compactors, food grinders and offshore workspace and accommodation modules.
