The UK’s GMB trade union is to ballot its members working for companies covered by the Offshore Contractors Association (OCA) collective bargaining agreement over potential industrial action.
The call for a ballot, which follows similar action by the Unite union, comes at the end of a lengthy set of pay negotiations, ongoing since January, which has seen two offers rejected by the workforce.
