Timor-Leste and Australia have taken another definitive step toward signing a treaty on a permanent maritime boundary, and the development of the Greater Sunrise gas resource, writes Russell Searancke.
Following up on their breakthrough provisional agreement on 30 August at the Conciliation Commission in The Hague, the two governments have now agreed on the exact text of the draft treaty.
