French LNG technology company GTT has landed the detailed design and construction contract for the gravity-based structures that will host GTT's liquefied natural gas storage tanks and membrane containment system at Russia’s massive Arctic LNG 2 project operated by Novatek, writes Kathrine Schmidt.
GTT will carry out design, construction studies and technical assistance for the project using patented technology, under a contract signed with Saren, a joint venture between Italy’s Saipem and Renaissance of Turkey.
