The production platform jacket has been docked onto piles at the template location in the deep-water portion of Guneshli in a water depth of 175 metres.
It is expected that installation of the 15,800-tonne, 190-metre high jacket will take 45 days to complete.
This jacket, along with the jacket for the second Guneshli platform for compression and water injection, were built in Azerbaijan by the SPS yard near Baku.
