HCML has plans for a drilling campaign comprising seven firm wells and two optional wells in water depths of between 268 and 340 feet, which is now estimated to start early in the fourth quarter.
The local content requirement for this jack-up rig, personnel and associated services contract is now pegged at about 30%.
A previous tender, launched last May had stipulated a minimum local content of 50%.
