HCML has begun a tender for a jack-up drilling rig and personnel for development drilling on the MDA, MBH and MDK fields.
The contract is for seven firm and two optional wells, with drilling planned to start early in the second quarter of 2017.
Tender documents stipulate that the rig must be able to operate in a water depth of 340 feet and that the contract has a minimum 50% local content.
